I purchased a 2018 F150 from Kevin who was great to deal with. Unfortunately when I looked at the truck (that hadn't gone through service yet) I requested a list of things to be addressed before I picked up the vehicle. I was assured by Jimmy Finnegan that these would all be taken care of, and true to his word they were. One of the items was that the radio wasn't working. So they sent the radio out to be serviced and found that the radio was fine. The problem ended up being the Interface Module.
They did replace the module and tried to program it. Unfortunately it was necessary to send the vehicle to Ford for the complete programming.
When I returned for this work I mentioned that the vehicle stills pulls hard.so now have met Courtney one of the Service Advisors and Dan the service manager who both were fantastic to deal with.
Come to find there is a Technical Service Bulletin from Ford about this particular problem, with no resolution noted. Dan and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me and fix my truck. This truck was sent to 4 Ford dealerships, one private repair shop after Bridgeland was unable to resolve the problem. Mind you this is a Bulletin from Ford with no resolution. After several attempts and replacement of any steering component that showed any signs of wear Bridgeland thought it best to send it out for repairs. Finally they found a dealership that could actually fix the problem.
I can't thank the team at Bridgeland enough as I really like this truck and did not want to turn it back in.
I myself have been in the automotive service industry for 40 years and I'm impressed with their effort, dedication, and willingness to fix my truck.
Thank you!
Steve
